A guide for receiving your STIGA table tennis table.
After purchasing a STIGA ping pong table online, you will receive an email from STIGA US detailing your order information and your tracking number so you do not have to go searching for it. Orders will typically ship within 48 hours and can vary on arrival time and cost based on distance from our San Diego, California, warehouse to the requested address.
If you purchased accessories and a table they will arrive at separate times and the tracking number will be individual to the respective shipment. Table tracking information provides updates around delivery of your table to the freight company's warehouse. Once it arrives, the freight company will reach out to you by phone to schedule a date and time window for delivery.
Because of the product weight and size, our table tennis table must be carefully and procedurally shipped via a freight trucking company by ground freight. Tables vary in weight but are often close to 300 lbs and are flat packed in shipping boxes that measure around 60" x 65" x 8". Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house.
The freight company will reach out to you by phone to schedule a date and time window for your delivery that is convenient for you (generally a minimum of a four-hour window). The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address on your order. Before ordering, it’s key to double-check this address and your phone number are correct to make sure it is going to the right place, and if it might not be, we can get in contact with you right away.
When scheduling your table tennis table delivery, an adult over the age of 21 must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery. Also at this time, you should make sure you have received the correct number of boxes and there is not any extensive damage that occurred during shipping. In the highly unlikely event, there happens to be slight damage to your package, the delivery receipt must state the damage before it is signed in order to ensure it gets handled conveniently and correctly. You may contact STIGA immediately at this link which provides the request form and/or a phone number if needed, if there has been extensive freight shipping damage or if there are any missing items. Please supply our customer service team with your order number and item number and we will do everything we can in order to make sure the item is replaced and is done so in a timely manner.
